At Pura, we believe Life is Better When It Smells Good™ — and that includes feeling confident in the products you bring into your home. As part of our continued commitment to quality and safety, we are offering a free cover replacement for a limited number of Pura 4™ devices.


Why we’re taking action

The covers on select Pura 4™ devices have 5 magnets. The two larger magnets in the center may become dislodged, posing risk of injury if ingested. Out of an abundance of caution, we are proactively and voluntarily replacing the affected covers out of our ongoing commitment to your well-being and peace of mind.


How to check if your device is affected

  1. Locate your serial number – Found on the back of your Pura 4™ device.
  2. Use the serial number checker tool to verify eligibility. Check your device eligibility

If your device is eligible

  • Please dispose of the magnetic cover on your device.
  • Request a new cover replacement - no return required. 
  • You may continue using your device while waiting for the replacement cover. Keep your diffuser out of reach of children and pets until the new cover arrives.

How to get your cover replacement

  1. Validate your Pura 4™ serial number via check your device eligibility.
  2. Once complete, add the new cover to your cart and complete the free checkout process.  
  3. Installation is simple and tool-free. 
  4. Be sure to dispose of your original cover.

How to install your new cover replacement

  1. Remove your current cover by gently pulling it away from the device.
  2. Align the new cover with the front of your Pura 4™.
  3. Press the cover firmly into place.
  4. If you have not already, discard your original cover.

Why am I receiving a cover replacement?

This replacement is part of a voluntary program for select devices. We identified a potential issue where internal magnets in certain units may become dislodged. As a precaution, we’re offering a complimentary replacement cover to reinforce device integrity and provide added peace of mind.


How long will it take to receive my new cover?

Your replacement will arrive within 10-15 business days and you’ll receive tracking information when it ships.
